2 out of 2 items were at the wrong price because they were mislabelled. I was not given the difference according to the OPC because the item was the wrong color. The 8 1/2 x 14 paper was $15.99 down from $7.99 and the mouse pad was $17.99 down from $15.99. The employees didn't go and change the prices after I left. In addition, the employee was cheated out of $20 when she gave me my money. But that's excused. Where is the boss?

The service is always on top but the employees are clearly over exploiting. They are always alone or almost in times of rush. Poor them, looks like that, I'm always happy to go

The service there was fast. I had to print a program for an event. So I came there for that. The employees were friendly and helpful but the printers are really easy to use. I like the atmosphere anyway, and if I ever need a big printer, I'm here

J’ai eu un service incroyable dans le département des impressions avec Jean-Philippe. Il a démontré énormément de patience et de connaissances. De plus, il m’a beaucoup aidée avec les diverses tâches que j’avais à faire. Saturday March 19 we are leaving baie comeau for chicoutimi we had $160 worth of product that was wrong, the manager reimbursed us by clearly making us feel his displeasure because we had bought the products at the wholesale office in Quebec, did not have Didn't do this out of pleasure, but customer service and behavior was lame and rude and not even able to face you, we had to buy two binders, but we left...bureau en gros de chicoutimi really lost a good sale ! And two customers!

I went to bring 4 sheets to laminate on Monday, and the employee told me to come back on Wednesday at 2 p.m., saying that my order would be ready. So I went there at the scheduled time on Wednesday, but they had lost my order and it wasn't ready. What a waste of time.

Nice well stocked store. Out of stock on the product I wanted (not really a consumer product ?) too bad for me but that doesn't take anything away from the quality of the store.

The staff are so improfessional. I have been there today 16 Nov 2022 at 16h and after waiting for about 30 minutes, the post staff behaved me so rudely and mean. She told me the price of posting with FedEx is so expensive and I can't afford that !!!! When I asked her for the exact price she told me she can't waste her time about 15 minutes to tell me that. She was soo racist. This is for sure the my last experience on this place. Never buy anything else from here ever again.
