I wanted to put my son's cell phone in his name instead of mine. I called customer service (the transfer was almost complete) but they wanted us to go to a Virgin store to have their identity authenticated. We had a reference number. The young lady (August 13, 2023) never wanted to call customer service. She didn't listen to me and called me sir 😑 I don't think I see the look of a sir but hey. I wanted to file a complaint against her but she wouldn't give me her name.

My phone needs repair, I am loaned a new phone 1 month later my phone is still not repaired and now even if I put the virgin phone back, I am charged for it.....rotten service

The women working there are scammers. Spent 3 hours on the phone with virgin to get a refund of 268$ for a down payment that they charged for the Google pixel 7. There is no downpayment right now for that phone. The fraud department at Virgin is investigating them now because they refused to refund me at the kiosk and refused to call customer care when asked to.Do NOT trust them! They do not even give a detailed receipt, just a total.
