Terrible place and customer service! I went there to return a package and they have nothing to put the item in. The next day I went back and was told I need to tape the label on the package . Pissed me off they have nothing to help the customer. I will never go back there despite it being in my area. I went to the other UPS in LaSalle excellent customer service from Alex! I will definitely go back there.

I absolutely do not recommend UPS, it is truly the Worst delivery company, never delivers at the scheduled time or day, their tracking number is practically useless since it is we ourselves who have to constantly call them company to be able to know a minimum of information, their agents on the telephone are almost incompetent, they give you false information or different information with each call so you no longer know what or who or what to listen to. I was supposed to receive my package it It's literally 10 days ago and I'm still waiting, it's pathetic for a company like yours.I ADVISE AGAINST!!!!

Its closed till 1 pm but it says "easy access point anytime"Opening at 1pm is far from anytime.Edit: Finally managed to find it open. They didnt have tape to close my package. I left it open because i wanted them to check the customs invoices, rma and tracking documents.The information they gave me did not correspond to what the manufacturer told me.I had to go to another store to buy tape before coming back. I had a 2 year old with me. Dismount from car, remount in car, dismount, remount, dismount, remount. I had a panic attack from the entire return process. I'll be extra careful what I buy from now on. Extremely not down to ever see these guys ever again.Also when asked if they will give me a receipt or something, they kept telling me to read whats on my phone. My phone was just saying "welcome to ups".Next time i think I'll just keep my package even if I don't want it.

Went to send a prepaid package and my label wasn't taped on. The guy wouldn't tape it for me told me to go get tape somewhere else.... if you want to be a drop of at least have some basic materials to help your customers out.

Worst possible customer service ever encountered with UPS agents. Package delivered to wrong pickup location, I’ve been calling them for the past week trying to have it shipped to the correct pickup point without success.

I want to give zero stars. Twice the UPS driver has just left my package outside when it says signature required!
