Chez Mondou,Sur le boulevard D'Anjou à Châteauguay.Le personnel(e)s est coirtois, professionnel (e)s, serviables et souriant.L'atmosphère quand on y entre est toujours bonne et nous sentons que le personnrl (e) a une bonne écoute.Donc pour nos minou et pitou, ces une très bonne place à aller.Ils ont aussi tout les semaines des spéviaux, sur la nourritures de nos bb.Donc ouu je les réfères.

Nice place to be able to wash your dog and do it for free just bring your own shampoo and stuff you used to be able to call and make an appointment now they say you have to do it online which is that sucks I find but other than that everything's pretty nice there just have to clean up when you're done

my go to pet store! can be a little pricier than other places ( Amazon, Walmart) for certain products, but there's good deals on sales and their cuddle club program is great! with cuddle club, they allow free bath facilities and nail clipping, although i haven't used it, it's a great piece of mind that it's there! the staff is helpful snd welcoming and my dog almost always gets a treat when he goes! The only reason for 4 star is the pricier products.

J'ai eu une expérience exceptionnelle chez Mondou. Le service est vraiment de premier ordre; le personnel est accueillant, bien informé et toujours prêt à aider. Le choix de produits est varié, répondant à tous les besoins de mon chien, que ce soit en nourriture, jouets ou soins de santé. Leur carte de fidélité est un autre atout, offrant de réels avantages et de bons rabais qui s'accumulent rapidement. Je recommande.

Helpfull staff,teasty hay and treats that make you want to spin around for a few seconds evrytime you hear the treat cabinet open. Negative point, i got my nail trimmed once. She did a good job but no one touch my paws mean feets. I ,a human ofc,rate this 10million carrots out of ten.

Excellent service! Clean and spacious doggie wash!Our car broke up on us as we were leaving. Thanks again to the employees for letting us wait in the warmth and giving Cannelle and Kilo treats! Nice service!
