“On the 19th of December i could not connect my Lenovo to wifi.On the recommendation of a friend I called Richard. He said we could go to his office between 1 & 3 or make an appointment for him to come to our home. After quickly assessing I was not a victim of a virus he was able to get my machine functioning with a wireless adapter and offered to help me return my computer to Lenovo as it still under Warranty. He is extremely knowledgeable, professional, caring and substantially undercharges in spite of his expertise and experience.Dorothy Levine”

“They have capacitors for heat pumps.I already ordered one from Amazon, but have to wait for 2 days. Got one from this store in 30 minutes, and installed in about 10 minutes. My heat pump is running smoothly now. Thanks a lot. BTW, the price at this store is better than what I could find on Amazon.”
