Absolutely not recommend these people. they kept lying about the date my frame would be completed, they first said within a week and after 3 unanswered voicemails and 2 calls it got pushed back to 3 and a half weeks. I finally get my frame back only to notice a spec of dirt under the glass. they tell me to return it and would take a couple days to fix, after 2 more unanswered calls and a week and a half later i get it back with yet another spec of dirt somewhere else, so they just gave up and gave my money back after well over a month of stressing over my precious limited piece, not to mention they gave my tube back with half the contents missing, including the letter from the person who gave me the piece as a gift. do not go here I'm begging you they will give you trouble

Nous avons demandé qu'un encadrement seulement. Je ne suis vraiment pas contente. En plus du délai de 2 semaines approx. C'est terminé pour nous.*Mise à jour*:Cadrexpert a corrigé l'erreur gratuitement en rajoutant une bande pour redonner le même "effet initiale" de la photo originale. Ça ne rejoins tout de même pas ce que je voulais comme effet et ma confiance, pour nos prochaines toiles qui valent beaucoup plus chères monétairement, n'est plus là.

PLEASE I beg you do not encourage this incompetent company. it took them over 3 weeks to get my poster framed only for them to return my tube with half the contents missing, took 3 voicemails and 2 other calls to figure out what was going on. We then notice a spec of dirt under the glass of the frames image, they told me to bring it back, then we had to physically go to the store cause they would never return messages. they showed us the frame with another spec of dirt under the glass. They never give accurate dates. first told us would be ready within a week, that took over 3 weeks. after we returned the frame they told us by last friday, it is now wednesday.. please dont go to this incompetent company do not trust them with your precious piece
