A delicious inn found on September 26, 2024 while going up to La Malbaie, thanks to a sign at the side of the road just as we were starting to get very hungry. A hostel you have to find! A magical welcome! The inn was reserved for a group of American cruise passengers. But the kitchen agreed to welcome us by offering us the same menu as the American customers who were arriving at the end of their meal. Superb discovery! A TOP server despite the prolonged service. Excellent dishes in an incredible setting. YOU ABSOLUTELY HAVE TO DISCOVER THIS INN but maybe call first. A big thank you to the staff for this great moment for us.

A favorite place for romantic tête-à-têtes! Me and my partner go back periodically, this place is truly magnificent, warm and... delicious! For good eaters, the 9-course meal is a must that really won't leave you hungry! Haute gastronomy and flavors are there. The period rooms with stone walls and wooden beams will definitely make you fall under the spell. The upstairs common room allows for great encounters between travelers, just like the shared kitchen and the terrace! And the price of the rooms is very affordable, especially with the purchase of one of the packages offered on site. The next morning, we are offered much more than a standard continental breakfast, it is a magnificent table well stocked with local dishes! Truly, with each of our visits, we fall under its spell again, for 17 years now ^^.

Excellent dinner at the Baker Inn. Friendly service, typical and delicious Quebec food in a pleasant setting. The Quebec trio (pie, meatballs and blood sausage) was excellent and plentiful.

I came across this gem after exploring Grands-Jardins National Park, and it turned out to be a delightful find. The food was outstanding, featuring in-season vegetables and regional specialties that truly highlighted the local flavors. Our waiter was exceptionally hospitable, sharing interesting insights about the area. The atmosphere was cozy yet refined, with a candlelit dinner setting that added to the upscale rustic charm. The burrata appetizer, pea soup, and salmon were all delicious.

If you find yourself travelling between Quebec City and Mont Sainte-Anne, make sure to stop at this hidden restaurant quietly near the St. Lawrence River.
The restaurant boasts a charming French country house style that immediately captures your attention. The interior is rustic and cozy, making you feel right at home the moment you step in.
This warm atmosphere is further enhanced by the incredibly friendly staff, who go out of their way to ensure you have a memorable experience.
The food here is nothing short of fantastic. Each dish is of exceptionally high quality, both in taste and presentation, reminiscent of fine French cuisine. We were thoroughly impressed with every aspect of our meal. The prices reflect the quality of the food and the ambiance, but it is worth every penny—we would gladly pay it again.
Overall, we were extremely satisfied and can highly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a delightful dining experience!

Exceptional service. Extremely friendly, kind and helpful staff. Lunch included with the room; copious and varied. The restaurant is fabulous.
Rooms: Very small room under the attic in the century-old house. Very pretty.
