They call us after inspecting the vehicle and ask for our consent to do this or that repair so there are no surprise repairs and unexpected and unwanted extras. They try to make us pay as little as possible and that makes them better than competing garages who charge extras.

“Well well well…Where to start… I had been specifically shopping for a Porsche Cayenne Turbo S for several days. I came across a vehicle in inventory at Porsche Quebec. I contacted the seller and immediately felt reassured. Mr. David Delbeck was attentive, honest and dedicated to my cause. I had made an appointment for a noise in the suspension of my car, they did a test drive and then the lady called me to tell me that it was the front link-kit that needed to be changed and that she checked with the dealer who confirmed that the link-kits are guaranteed for 5 years/100K. So she advised me to go to the dealership instead of paying $350 there. We rarely see this. Really great service. I was really embarrassed to be presented with a bill for only 18.95 tax included. We will get back to the next winter tires.”
