I never come to this branch, normally I go to pick up products and medications at the Frechette branch. Iexceptionally stopped here in Perigny because it’s on my way. I told myself I was going to save time. I came to give a prescription at 6:05 p.m. 3 products on prescription. I asked if they had all the information relating to my file. I was told yes. I hand over the paper. No queue, 2 patients waiting for their prescriptions. I received the pharmacist's recommendations at 6:58 p.m. and I paid for my purchases at 7 p.m.!!! 55 min wait…55 min without notifying the patient. My clinic appointment today took me half the time. No kidding. I understand better the sign advising to remain polite and courteous... Last visit to this establishment... I promise, I swear.

I went to the pharmacy to buy antihistamines, and as I needed advice, I asked at the counter if anyone could help me. The girl at the reception counter told me that it would be better to ask the pharmacist directly and therefore asked me to wait. A few minutes later, the pharmacist called my name. I asked him my questions, and I was surprised by his reaction. She looked at me arrogantly as if I was wasting her time asking her my questions and almost smacked me in the face. I was embarrassed by this treatment and made to feel stupid for asking my question. She still took the time to show us what she recommended, but believe me I won't go back. Very bad customer service. Me and my friends have been to this pharmacy for several times. The first time, the clerks asked us to leave if we didn't buy anything (we had products and others in our hands). The second time, today, barely arrived in the store we were asked if we were all buying items very stupidly. Thereafter, a clerk watched us and followed us as if we were necessarily going to steal, because we are students and finally arriving at the cash desk to buy our items, the cashier was super stupid with us when we were in a good mood. We should at some point stop thinking that all the students stealing our backpacks were at the checkout at the front of the store, we never shout in the store and we don't disturb anyone. I was in PJC Caroline Paré & Robert Paré870, boulevard Périgny Chambly.And I had a very disappointing experience in the photo service center. They were unprofessional and (Le commis responsable) was unhelpful and irresponsible.We were a family of 4 taking the passport photo for all of us. I didn’t like the photo of my kid. even the kid himself was very disappointed and not satisfied of his photo because his hair was covering his front and unequal from both sides that is altering his appearance .and when I asked them to retake it he (le responsable) refused unless I pay the full amount again since it meets the criteria (in his opinion)This usually doesn’t happen in many other photo centers even in other PJC they accept to retake the photo if you don’t accept it , they even usually ask you if you are OK with it before they proceed.I am really unhappy with this experience and might switch to a more accommodating pharmacy if no action has been taken that guarantee my rights and satisfaction as a customer.Thanks
