No customer service at all. We went to buy baby shoes. One clerk asked if we needed help. We said we did. She measured the baby's foot then took a phone call and left without saying anything. Another clerk was busy helping another client but 2 others were moving stock around and never even offered to help. So we left without buying anything.

The customer service was really average. No one came to see us when we entered the store. In addition, the employees working at the cash register were talking among themselves without paying attention to the customers.

I went to buy some hiking shoes earlier and wow, the service was impeccable! A certain Theo who served me who was smiling, attentive, sociable and knew the product, in short I was very well received. I recommend pop chambly shoes.

Wow! I was treated as a friend. A more than exceptional service. I bought several pairs of shoes to bring and try on for my mother who has an imminent end-of-life diagnosis. I brought everything back and bought more pairs, then brought them back and, in the end, my mother chose one. Each time, all members of the team, including the super owner, treated me like a friend, with compassion and trust. I can never thank you enough. Thanks to all of you, my mother is not in danger of falling because she wears beautiful and good Clarks shoes, bought at a fair price.

They have the shoes I want to buy in stock, but no sales people to take order, they were to busy talking to each other. Left after waiting 15 minutes

I love this store! A great selection of footwear and the best customer service! I like to shop on line but not for shoes and this is the perfect place! It's always a pleasant experience. Great conversation with Laurence last time I bought shoes!
