Il y avait un bon service du temps de M. Muffler. Depuis que cela à été vendu, ça s’est détériorée grandement. Personne ne répond jamais au téléphone, tu attends éternellement sans jamais parler à personnes et ce même plusieurs jours de suite. Ça sonne dans le vide. Très décevant ce manque de respect envers la clientèle, je ne retournerai plus jamais là.

They are unable to answer or call back. You will call repeatedly and wait in limbo for 10 minutes before he hangs up. Even if you call for 45 minutes, you still don't pick up.

I bought a Chevy spark 2017 from HGregoire at Carignan and the garage there don't answer any calls. I have been waiting 10 months to fix an issue with my car. Under the warranty they offer, no regards for me, no call back. I Will have to call the consumer protection against HGregoire and auto 360

terrible service, i needed my car i bought a week prior at hgregoire that suddenly stopped working and they needed to come pick up and said they'd call me back Friday or Monday for when the pick up will be, but I've never heard from them again and they never answer their phone. Apparently it's a recurring problem for them from what the receptionist at Hgregoire has told me about complaints they receive. Still haven't gotten my car checked on in a week of it not working.
