BAD EXPERIENCE at Carignan!!!!
Be careful when they tell you that it is possible that the amount of QST to be paid to the saaq is “a little” different from the check they give you. Generally we are talking about a 3-digit amount. Also when financing, when you are there and they tell you to deposit $100 to reserve the car (claiming that this amount will be deducted from the price), do not pay it, because this is not a way to make you pay unnecessarily, because $100 is not a large enough amount for the long term of your financing (generally just $1.5 deducted from your payments).
Last thing, the tone of the finance director is no longer the same once the sale is finalized.

I bought a vehicle and they told me that there is only one key about 2 weeks later I ordered another key from Mazda Grégoire phoned me about 10 days later to tell me we have the second key but for this key to be usable I have to have it programmed for it to work $350.00 for the new key $90.00 to program it so the key given by the dealer would cost me $90.00 to program it I think the dealer could have offered to reimburse me for the programming of the key returned late.

The garage is clean and the welcome is courteous. But when it comes to selling your car there, this is NOT the right place.
After seeing and testing my car, HGregoire offered me $12,000 for it. After placing an ad on autohebdo and marketplace, competitors offered me up to $15,500 without even seeing it. In the end, after 3 private visits and in a few weeks I sold it myself for $18,000...

HGregoire Carignan is located 2.5 hours from our home. We called three times to obtain information on the condition of the used vehicle to avoid unnecessary travel. On each call, the person assured us that the vehicle had no problems and recommended that we come see it in person. However, once we arrived at HGregoire Carignan, we immediately learned that the vehicle required significant repairs. This situation is unacceptable from a renowned dealership such as HGregoire, and it was a real waste of time for us. I understand that the HGregoire call center is not necessarily based in Carignan, but it would be desirable for serious training to be put in place to avoid such errors.
