I do not recommend this dealership since their after-sales service really leaves something to be desired. They have already made unauthorized repairs on my vehicle, I have already waited more than 7 hours for my vehicle which was there for an oil and tire change (I had warned them that I was waiting for the vehicle since I was working in pm and didn't want to come back and get it... I'm from Lévis). The last situation was the one that really demonstrated their terrible service and pushed me to come and write this review. My engine having broken for a reason known to Kia, therefore covered by the warranty, they changed the engine (I will spare you the stations of the cross that I had to do to get a return call during the 3 weeks that they got my vehicle).
When I took possession of my vehicle, my engine was MISSING a quart of oil (a new engine!!!). The technician came out mentioning that there shouldn't be any missing, but that the rods of the new engines are shorter and that was what gave the impression that some were missing. He agreed to add a pint to reassure us. (there was another person with me)
I received a text to check if I was going to give a rating of 10 on the survey that I was going to receive by email for the service and if not to write NO and that I was going to receive a call to understand my dissatisfaction... What I did... Result: no return call, no satisfaction survey email.
EVERY time things went well at the garage, I received the survey, but every time something happened and I was dissatisfied, I did not receive the survey. . once it's a coincidence, 6-7 times it's more information control in my opinion!
So Kia Cap Santé... never again!
A complaint will be made to Kia Canada and another to the OPC.
