I would like to file a complaint once and for all.For several years, I have frequented your business and I am always annoyed or even disappointed with my visit when an employee (always the same) seems unhappy in his duties, has no respect for the customer by judging and provoking him.....I I'm going to respect the reader...and the employee by stopping here!I gave 3 stars because I recognize the change, the lack of staff, etc. but I believe that as a consumer of a business in which we recognize potential and seeing the big change for which you are preparing us, I do not I have only congratulations and I hope to be part of yours to see the constructive result for everyone in Candiac. Horrible manager at this establishment, take your money elsewhere. I bought a car wash, and it’s not the first time I’ve washed my car using their automatic car wash, so I did a first car wash, absolutely nothing cleaned I drove out and my car was still dusty and dirty, so I went inside the employee gave me another car wash to see if it would clean, it did not !! So I called a few days later to speak with the manager, her reasoning as to why my car did not clean in the car wash was because it had been a while since I didn’t wash my car prior? Hello? Is that not why i came to get a car wash. She was super rude on top of it. Instead now i wash my car at the car wash at 950 taschereau in la prairie, highly recommend!

The gentleman working the shift at 5am has to be one of the crabbiest person I have ever met in a store always swearing under his breath complaining about serving people, if you don't like your job quit ??♂️

The old man who works there in the evenings is very unpleasant... the labor shortage takes its toll when you have to hire someone equally unpleasant to work on weekday evenings.

Last September 30 - AIr Miles and Shell Canada launched an unusual promotion. Get 0.25 cents off a liter of gasoline by presenting your Air Miles card at the pump before filling up. I go to Shell more because the price at the pump is always higher there than the local competitors.That day was 0.25 cents less, I told myself nothing to lose!The price of a regular liter was $1,749 at Shell while at Costco it was $1,664.When I finished filling up I was charged $50.00 and no rebate. I waited a few days to see if the discount would be applied to my ecredit card statement - but no.I contacted Air Miles to see what was going on. They admitted to me that they had problems with promotion. I was offered 75 Air Miles points - I explained that I wanted a cash rebate since the promotion was that -0.25cents! Nothing to do, I was never offered a CASH discount - I contacted AIr Miles via FaceBook and explained the situation, Air Miles offered me 200 Air Miles points - I had no other choice and I, I accepted.......But when I tried to exchange Air Miles points where I used to exchange (I am a GOLD member) no regular merchant exchanges or gives points.Air Miles suggested that I buy gift cards from Harveys chain restaurants....or exchange for Cineplex.I already receive coupons from Haveys, and at the Cineplex I have Golden Age rates!!!!!!If there are people among you who are frustrated with these bogus Air Miles promotions - a class action for those cheated - would be in order.What do you think .The Shell station in Candiac has nothing to do with my frustration - it was AIr Miles and Shell who defrauded us.

Today July 23, 2023 around 2:30 p.m. I was preparing to pay by interac when it tells me transaction canceled so I go inside I say a 20 on the 2 please it tells me you tried by interac but the interac does not work anymore. I told him ok but you should put up a note that says so and he said nothing. When he gave me my receipt I didn't even look at it. Let's say a pretty cold service.

The car wash is meh. More expensive than other places and the car still has smudges. You can’t really tell it was washed. Two stars for the nice employees.

You really need to train your employees how to use shellpay app. You change employees all the time, 1/2 employees don't know this app, if you don't do this training, it doesn't make sense that the Shellpay app exists. and today the boy says he's never seen that, he doesn't know how to pay with that, ridiculous!!

I just stopped by at 11:15 a.m. on July 24, the cashier was anything but courteous, rather disappointing in terms of service.
