I came to this branch for an exchange because my pillow had a defect; and Jean-François was super courteous and gave me very good professional service! He even exceeded my expectations by offering me a promotion that the other store would have “omitted” to inform me of during my basic purchase. I recommend this store, and I will come back for my future purchases!

Very poor service at this store! I passed by twice; 1st time, there were promotions not displayed, and the seller gave me the final price. When I asked for a price for another mattress, he told me he didn't want to waste time, he told me to go shopping, and to come back and see him when I was finished, and then he told me would give its final price!I went to another branch, and I got a better price, with much nicer service.After receiving my new mattress, I did not see the label with the warranty code on it, so I went back to this branch to ask what the label was after the mattress. The seller told me to go see it myself, and when I came back to see him because I couldn't find it, he simply told me that I was wasting my time with that!

Great service from Jean François to recommend a king mattress in a box, we opted for the Simba 2500. I went back to add a Bloom memory foam, good specials and great service. I recommend.Gilles helped my mother with a Tempurpedic pillow, very kind and professional too.

I will always regret my mattress and box spring purchasing experience with you, I bought a mattress that is supposed to be firm but it is softer than soft mattresses, the customer service is the worst I have seen all my life, you all do not assume the guarantee, in short sleep is a SCAM

Horrible customer service?! Good mattress selection?.
Originally thought the customer service was adequate (not great but not bad) but that changed as the interaction went on. The sales man clearly didn't care about making a sale, and actually walked away mid-conversation?.
The sales guy also lied and saying we wouldn't get charged shipping if we took the mattress in our truck; turns out that on their website they offer a 10% discount all the time and shipping is free. He tried to bamboozle us and straight up lied. Not professional at all.
They did have a reasonable mattress selection and good quality mattresses ?
He was the only sales person, maybe others sales people are better ?♀️
We did buy a mattress (4hours later), just not from him!
