Good morning,I bought a $4 plastic bag at Dollarama on Montalm Boulevard. After a few days of purchase I noticed that the bottom of the bag had an opening, the seam had not joined the two edges which causes a small opening (it is not broken, it is not used, it still has the label). How I didn't have the invoice, they couldn't find it, they couldn't change the bag either. Even though it was obvious that the item was new and the sewing was not correct. I spent almost 35 minutes on hold while customer service looked for the invoice. Finally I had to leave with my bag without the possibility of exchange because the time was too long.Very poor customer service. No possibility of finding an invoice even a few days after purchase, while seeing that the product was not broken, only with a manufacturing defect.I encourage you to improve the service to retain your remaining customers.THANKS,Manyuri Chavez Estacio

Terrible store. The best is on the 132 across from Canadian Tire. They have more in stock and more people at the cash. The people are more friendly. I don’t go to this one anymore.

You can find things here that other Dollaramas don't have. Not many customers which gives a better experience. Staff are very friendly and seem to work well together

As a fellow dollarama worker, I’m impressed by the scanning skills Daniel possesses. You can notice the work experience that he has acquired over the years of unpaid child exploitation, ex: working 30 hours in 3 days without being a full time worker or paid at all. Nevertheless, very happy with his work, hope he quits soon for the betterment of his mental health :)
