I've been waiting for 4 days for my car to be ready, two fuses burned and still no response, very disappointed, I finally got my truck after 5 days, I'm happy to have it and the manager told me that 'he gave me a better price than what they supposed to charge, almost $400 to change two fuses.....well I'm not surprised that the dealers ask for this price, I have a life lesson, next time I'll see my personal mechanic, he would have charged me half the price to change two fuses

Great place to get your vehicle and take care of it. Amazing team they have. Worked with William and Jan Francois and although I was supposed to wait for a while (4-5 hours) my 15k service and winter tire replacement was done almost 2 hours, well ahead of schedule. Thanks for having this amazing team.

When you leave a message for the service so that someone calls you back because you have questions to ask and you never receive a return... Once it's an accident, but when it happens repeatedly it's that you don't care about your customers. I'm going to take my business elsewhere.
In addition, they ask customers to leave 5 star reviews, hence the amount of positive reviews :)

I have been dealing with this dealership since 2005. I have lived since 2018, almost two hours drive from Candiac. There are two Toyota dealerships near me. But for reasons that I won't mention here, I returned to Candiac Toyota, very happy and even proud to have done so. Additionally, I bought a new car in 2022 because I was convinced that they were the only ones who could get me what I wanted to buy. As we can read in other comments, the people at Candiac Toyota are welcoming, kind, knowledgeable and take their jobs to heart. ??

Terrible service from Janis (sales representative). In June, he made me wait 3 hours in his office when I simply wanted information about my vehicle. He left the office 5 times for other clients and he answered the phone 3 times when I had an appointment with him. In August, I left 4 messages on his voicemail in 2 months and he never responded or contacted me. When I showed up on site, Melissa took my file and offered me A+ service. Thanks to her! At least his kindness ended my adventure with Toyota well.

I am extremely impressed with my recent experience. I needed a used vehicle. All the team members were polite and knowledgeable and gave me very practical and useful advice. We were even offered coffee or water. It's a very chic office. Mr. Noël listened to me carefully and found something that met my needs. Mr. Nicolas explained the insurance very clearly. With a deposit, we were able to reserve and bring the vehicle to our mechanic for our own inspection. During this, we were accompanied by a representative, Mr. Alexis, who was also very professional. He took photos which were shared with the office. The vehicle was in excellent condition. Mr. Mathieu took the time to show me all the functions of the new car. He had great team synergy, which made the process extremely efficient. We were responded quickly at every step. I saw the car Tuesday evening and it was delivered Friday morning of the same week. I am dazzled, grateful and I recommend it to others.
