Horrible Customer Service from Louis. She was continuously being extremely rude and cutting me off and not listening to my explanations. Worst is at the end she had the audacity to give me a speech on how important communication is. Little did she realize communication goes two ways , not just from her.Please consider re-training or re-staffing your customer service team.
