I LOVE the spaciousness of this store. However, the changing rooms have 1 hook to hang my clothes but zero for my bags. I am left to place my bag on the floor which also hasn't been swept often enough (a lot of clumps of dust which stick to my bag).

Customer service is completely neglected, employees talk among themselves instead of helping customers, don't say hello, it takes 20 minutes to provide basic feedback... It's not pleasant to come to this location, I would not return there again and neither would my acquaintances. Too many headaches for nothing. According to the other comments and mine, you should improve your training, it's not the merchandise that's the problem.

My children like shopping in this store but unfortunately bad experience.
We went there we took time to look for our things, some people were trying we were waiting for our turn, someone came to tell us that it was closed at barely 3:30 p.m., we could see that other people were returned without the fitting rooms.
Both employees were not courteous at all.
I understand the workload when there is a lack of staff, but the customers have nothing to do with it.
Sorry but look at how you speak to the world.

I went into the store at 4:50 pm on a Sunday. I know that they close at 5. The door was open so I entered to browse through. A young clerk practically threw me out and told me that since they close at 5, I had to leave. I felt unwanted and discriminated against. I am a black educated and fairly well-off woman. I will never again go into that store.
I invite every person of colour to stand against such treatments whenever and wherever they see it. It is unacceptable in 2024 Canada. Someone should talk to this clerk!

Beware, items are misplaced and they will not honor price and deny refund because of their policy. Cashier said she was the manager

Worst customer service. Lacking common sense . Wanted to exchange some articles that my husband bought ( god bless him , he sees me smaller then I am) So it is the end of the day on the 27th . No customers at the cash. And this employee working the floor, says no return or exchange today. I explain from out of town. He says no. Come back tomorrow .So for 2hrs left of the store hours he wants me to come back . I would of understood if busy , with people at cash. But there was no one anywhere in the store. Lacks in good jugement.

Terrible checkout service ?I waited more than ten minutes the two girls were making returns or employee purchases, it seems to me that you are leaving it aside and putting the customer first. I was on break so I used up my time and leave everything at the checkout. It's not the first time I've waited like this. No respect for customers.

really cute store but definitely needs more employees especially as cashiers theres like one girl there and i waited for what felt like 30min, also why was the girl in the changing room so slow and lowkey rude and she doesnt say anything she just stared at me waiting for me to say something first ? other than that really great store just needs for employees
