NEWEST UPDATE: Careful going here for Marvel Legends figures they got great stock but charge $5-$15 more than Walmart or EB Games/GameStop or Amazon. HMV section is now open and is fantastic! Amazing selection of vinyls, but the movie section is a weirdly organized messy mix of DVDs and Blu Rays.PRICE MATCHING: Price match everything you can! Many items in-store are priced higher than MSRP and other retailers, so if you price match you'll often save yourself $10-$15 on most items. Lego are excluded from price matching, and are often priced higher than Amazon or even the Lego store itself.FUNKO POPS: They seem to have stopped stocking Pops, or greatly reduced stocking them, as I haven't seen any new Pops here really and had to go elsewhere.They've greatly improved on stock in recently in the past few months. The layout of the store has been a bit streamlined too, and included some nice stand-ups of cartoon characters.The Marvel toy area is great now in terms of stock and variety (but prices are high and they're generally a wave or two behind other stores/retailers).

Although the girl at the cash was super nice and helpful, but the store is a mess. You cannot find anything or anyone who can help you. I had to walk around for 15 min to see if there's anyone who could assist me finding what I was looking for, and at the eva I had to go back to the cash and talk to the nice cashier!!

When you don't know what to buy for kids birthday party: you will always find something here at Toys"R"Us, the only one in Brossard.Situated in the middle of Brossard, well located with plenty of free parking.

Absolutely amazing service!Josée was a beautiful and kind employee that really helped me out and had so much patience!Today I went to this store to pick up an item. They didn’t have any in stock so I was going to see if I could buy the floor model. It wasn’t exactly in the greatest condition so I asked an employee to check other stores inventory for me. They did a fine job but once Josée took over she went above and beyond to make sure I find what I’m looking for in another store, put it aside for me and made sure I had all of my questions answered. She was amazing! Round of applause for her kindness and patience tonight :)

I find really important that the Canadian society is thinking about inclusion and equality starting from where it should be: childhood. I took this picture but there’s way more toys that prove this fact. Chapeau Canada!Plus the store is really lovely my daughter had a great time there, and I bought myself the smallest connect4 on earth, and yet it works ???? Some of the photos are mine at bed playing with it Daughter had a LOL sports, misses had a “where’ Charlie”, happy days ????

Large selection of toys, open spaces for children to play. Child and adult friendly staff, several cash registers kept open, more added when has a line. Good amount of staff walking the floor to help clients of all ages as they keep the shelves filled with toys. Free WiFi in store allows us to check reviews and compare prices. Plenty of free parking, and good location by car beside the highway exit and access. Also opposite Panama public transportation bus hub and REM train station. Handicap accessible.

Nice store, clean and well stocked and the staff is great.I was very impressed by the young man in the bike department, Marc Andre. He was very nice, patient and helpful.If you're in the market for children's bikes, I really recommend checking out Toys R us!

At the play station area and i asked for one of their item that was in a locked display case. The man needs to improve his customer service. He talked to me like in the air and as I am nobody or a low class person. Was it because I decided to have my mask on? Or because he had an awful lunch?
