5:30 p.m. I come home and there was no more music ?. In the store there was an atmosphere of sadness! I wanted to try on a dress but the customer service manager told me no, we are only 2 employees and we close at 6pm. Surely the staff did not encourage me to buy or to return. ?

Worse staff experience I have ever seen in any of the other stores and in general. I never thought that the customer is to be yelled to until I put my feet here. One of the employees just yelled at me in the middle of the store for checking the clothes on a mannequin. The when I found my size on an article was refused the sale of it because of some policy if not selling on the floor items. Don’t recommend at all .

I received the worst customer service at Tommy's in the DIX30 district on Sunday afternoon. I have been a loyal customer of Tommy's for years and I used to visit the Calgary branch but I just moved to Longueuil and I went to the Brossard branch on Sunday for the first time . I found a sweatshirt that I really liked and there were only sizes M and XL on the shelf. I'm trying on the M and it's a little big so I ask an employee if they have an S and he goes to look at the back and tells me no. Having seen the sweater on a mannequin when I entered, I went to look and it was an S. It's a torso without arms so it's very easy to take off the sweater and put another one back on. I ask a young girl with dark hair who was wearing a beige sweater if she can take it off her chest because I want to buy it. She refuses, I suggest doing it myself and simply exchanging it for the M which is too big for me. She refuses, she's stupid and it's clear that I'm bothering her. I have never seen such a reaction from an employee, she sighs, she tells me that she has no right and leaves to the other end of the store…. She didn't even try to find a solution like seeing if a similar sweater was available, she didn't even finish listening to me, she just left. I didn't ask to try it, I was ready to check out and buy it. I was so angry that I left everything I wanted to buy behind and left the store. I have never seen an employee refuse to make a sale. This employee is definitely not a good representation of the company and I have had employees undress models to make me look tall in other branches with no problem, I think she was just cowardly.
