The staff is a little crazy around the edges. The saleswomen seem to act as security guards at the same time. They are curt and not at all courteous. By comparison, the employees of the Place Versailles and/or Lasalle branch are completely the opposite, it would be worth the trip. Very very disappointed to have moved unnecessarily.

Service médiocre, les trois filles sur le plancher n’avaient aucunement l’air de vouloir offrir une quelconque aide, l’une d’elles léchée une crème glacée, une autre sur l’écran de son cellulaire. En plus elles ne donnaient pas l’air de personnes qui travaillent à cet endroit vu leurs tenues vestimentaires qui n’était nullement représentative de la marque.23/12/2023.

I'm just leaving the store - if I could give 0 stars. The saleswomen were at the checkout on the phone, didn't even look at the customers, I returned to the fitting room left to my own devices, no help to bring back other sizes or even help me close the dresses that I was trying...there was a girl sitting on the floor at the checkouts who was also on her phone...anyway I rarely post reviews on stores but I was so shocked by the poor service that I wanted to bring it to attention of management

IN MALL CHAMPLAIN STORE, EXTREME LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM, OUTRAGEOUS CUSTOMER SERVICE! ?? 2 women aged 40 +, who do not welcome customers, make them feel that we are bothering them, who disrespect us, who shout at us and who ignore us when we mention that it is not done and laughing in our face afterwards… that deserves IMMEDIATE DISMISSAL!! I made a complaint, I told my experience and even then I felt that the person on the phone had nothing to do with it. No follow-up since. THAT SAYS A LOT ABOUT THE COMPANY!!!!!!

I went yesterday with my daughter to this shop and I immediately noticed that the two sales consultants were just crying. I asked one of them to undo the dummy in the front because it was the only small one left in inventory and she answered me with a sigh that she didn't have time. So I had to attempt to undo the dummy myself. In addition, I heard the manager speak ill of the customers with the other adviser at the checkout. Very big lack of professionalism! I will be going to DIX30 or Promenades St-Bruno in the future. Horrible customer service, no smile and negative attitude against very nice choice of ladies clothes.
