Very satisfied with Philip's work with my new battery. A customer for 10 years, I was able to appreciate at each visit: the warm welcome from Linda, the excellent customer service, the honesty of Philip and his knowledge in the maintenance and all major repairs of my car, at very affordable prices. Philip always takes the time to explain the problem and find solutions. Well deserved 5 stars and I would give more.

This place came in highly recommended... What a disappointment!Brought my car in 2 weeks prior to my appointment. We agree that the car needed new break pads and disk. This is an old 2009 car. I should receive a call the next day for a quote.Never received a quote, called back 4 times in the span of 2 weeks, always missing some information from the garagist. I still get my car in, because it's highly praised by people I trust.Get my car in at 1 pm, was suppose to get it back the same evening. Never got a call, on my way to get my car, Philip (the owner) calls me. The car won't be ready until tomorrow, he needs to change a caliber. Of course they do not have a car that they can lend me for the day. He will call me before noon tomorrow to tell me my car is ready. Never received a call, call them at 12h15, the car was ready since 11h...Leave to get my car, on my way, they call me and say that they are going on their lunch break. I have to pick up my car after 3 pm. No other options possible...Get there at 3 pm, finally get my car but what a bad suprise when i see the price. 2 600$! They changed the 4 calibers without telling me, brand new ones too on an 2009 cars. They should call before they make major changes like that on any car!One of thh worst garage experience I ever had! They never took responsability or accuntability for their lack of communication, transparence, punctuality and worst of all they change parts without telling people and brand new ones on a very old car. Never returning there again and hopefully no one will ever get screwed over like i did...

Philip and Linda's top priority is customer safety. It's difficult to find a garage in this day and age where they care more about their clients than their wallet and take pride in their work.
