I went on a shopping trip on Saturday 09/21 and I tell you at Rubino dix-trente was the only place I got such a bad response! From 1, I am asked to leave my mini shopping bag at the entrance (the only store that asked me this!) ridiculous! And while I was walking the aisles, the girls were talking about it out loud even though I had no one to help me! I literally felt too much in the store! It was my last time with you! I only have bad visits!

My order took 17 days to arrive in store. Arriving at the store (September 17) a manager with an unpleasant attitude (Miriam) says that she doesn't have all the items 2 out of 3 so she can't give us our order?!? We had to persist with her to get her to search a little and then, miraculously, all the packages were there... Really unpleasant to do business with someone who behaves in this way, it seems that I am not the only one to think so, but what is senior management waiting for to better train these managers?!?

Lots of choices from several brands. Staff attentive and knowledgeable about their product. If your size or color is not available, order it. It barely takes 2 days. You can return if you don't like it. The service is impeccable and above all I love my new boots.

Completely incompetent manager, has absolutely no respect for employees. REVOLTING to see that a store could have such a person managing it. If I could file a complaint with the corporation I would.

My dad was in the store last Sunday September 3rd. He received excellent service from the young lady who served him. However, the manager at the cash was so mean and harsh with him that he left the pair of shoes on the counter and left. This person was also not very nice with the employee who was trying to accomodate my dad. This is not a way to treat customers, not employees. None of my family will be back that is for sure.
