Worst customer service I've ever had in my life: online account problem: after 23 minutes on hold on the phone, I get a voicemail and the line hangs up. I tried to take the live chat: the lady asks me to close/reopen my account.. as if it hadn't already been done.. only possible solution is to recreate an account. Despite my attempt to explain to her that I want to make an appointment for the concierge in 3 days and that the account takes 24 hours to open and the concierge requires more than 48 hours to make an appointment, she has no other solutions, it is impossible to make an appointment. Unable to make an appointment even when I went directly to the store, I was referred to customer service.

I’m not a regular at Reitmans but I decided to give it a chance .The cashier and another lady working there on Jan. 27th never acknowledged me even if I was the only customer in store at one point . Gave them plenty of chances as I was browsing ,the store was empty even on a Friday evening.But instead the cashier decided to place some items on the racks and kept ignoring me . I guess they thought I looked too young or something to shop there.Don’t waste any time and go to R&W Co or Simons where you’ll get a much better service and quality .
