Very poor customer service!! Especially the staff at the prescription counter. Very arrogant and rude. They roll their eyes and roll them in the air at customers, make comments to each other when customers ask them questions, such as "oh my God!" sighing as if we couldn't hear them, we feel that we are disturbing them! It's my neighborhood pharmacy, I've been going there since 1989 and I'm honestly thinking of changing my pharmacy record because we get treated like nothing.

Customer service has changed a lot. Bad quality ! lack of professionalism. Cashiers do not respond to customer needs. They are there, but they chat among themselves and they lack seriousness and kindness!

The customer service is really disappointing unlike any other Jean Coutu. When we call for prescriptions we are always on hold and the wait is long, it can be compared to waiting in the emergency room and then we get hung up on the line all day like that. Also, the person who answered didn't seem to be patient at all. It's difficult for people who rely on the service and it's poor as it is. At least in the emergency we get an answer.

I've been waiting 45 minutes for my son's medicine. I was alone in the waiting room when I arrived. Most of the people who arrived after me left before me. It's sad.

It's a good Pharmacy and the employees are super friendly and they are very professional. Only one thing: the waiting period at the laboratory is a bit long. Other than that, I have nothing to say. Thanks to them all.

Good neighborhood pharmacy. Not too small. Good customer service. However, I have been trying to reach the lab for 2 days now, throughout the phone for help with prescriptions, without any success yet.

I went with my husband to the pharmacy today for his prescription renewal. We waited 45 minutes to get the medication, only to realize later that they had ordered one for him. However there were a lot of staff. Very disappointing customer service!!!
