Smiling and patient, he takes the time to explain every detail clearly and precisely. It shows that he really loves his job. He was very honest and transparent in his opinions, and he gave relevant suggestions to help us find what best suited our personal needs.

You never charge someone 100 dollars for a motherboard replacement when 1 you don't check the fan headers on the internet sheet, 2. You don't install the fans on the proper headers and 3. Instead of that you just tell someone he paid a 100 bucks because you are too lazy to even install the AIO fan. THAT was bad,

My experience 1 year and some ago...
I bring them a fully functional high-end laptop, no internal problems or repairs done previously. The screen had broken, but I had used it without problem for a few weeks; I wanted to repair it for purely aesthetic reasons.
So I come for a screen replacement, we take it and they tell me that we will order the part. Okay, I wait for their call for 5 days, nothing. I call them, they don't have it. After 2 weeks, I call back: they received the wrong part and are waiting for the correct one. I'm still waiting, without my laptop needed for my studies. After 3 weeks of waiting for a screen replacement, I was told that it was ready but that the computer smoked when the technician plugged it in after the repair. I smoke.
I bring them a laptop that works perfectly, I come back with a brick that no longer lights up.
They burned the motherboard and denied it was their fault, saying someone must have messed with the computer first (no one, I would never dare open it myself). They even tried to charge me the price of the new screen, and when I declined in outrage, I was told that they would return the old screen and give it back to me free of charge when it was done.
Disgusting experience. Don't set foot there if you want to see your device again safe and sound

Went to get my laptop screen fixed. Figured they would provide service of some quality since their specialty is COMPUTERS. They claim to not have had the tools to properly fix my screen and damaged my computer in the process. They messed with my settings and with the bottom of the laptop as well, when (I repeat) I only needed the screen fixed. If you expect better quality than Best Buy or Bureau en Gros, don’t go here. They will damage your device and take no responsibility. Took them 3 weeks instead of the 3-4 days they told me. Had to give it back a second time because the job was not properly done the first time. They still did a botched job, and told me it will break again. I finally took my laptop back today since I need it for school. Seems like they’ll do anything to make you need to buy a brand new device.

Totally disappointed by the poor service we were given. My son, who is not a computer expert, asked simple questions which the salesman laughed at because they seemed ridiculous to him. A real lack of respect. I initially did not take out the service warranty and they informed me that because of this they may take longer to assemble the computer as I was not a priority customer. Frankly, they are very rude characters. Staff, including the store manager, should be trained in customer service.

Just like few people mentioned, many young staffs are rude and unprofessional. I used to like to shop there a lot but not anymore.
