I went here to buy a suit for attending a wedding. Mark was incredibly helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable. He certainly knew his stuff and guided me every step of the way. I would definitely recommend to all.

It is written on the invoice that it is at the discretion of the store to refund altered items. That means the store can do it very well! This is not a direct refusal according to company standards! According to other comments, my friend is not the only one who had a problem with the suit. At the bottom of her top, it seems to float quite a bit and it's big too. Ultimately an exchange would have gone through, but one of the old salesmen refused me everything, because he was more concerned about not losing money than about the satisfaction of his customer (he said it himself that It will be a loss for them!!). Ayoye, if you are the owner you better check the competence of your sellers because I advise all other buyers not to go to the Moores store. In addition, my family had already been staying at Moores for several years, but that's a bigger "loss" for you.
P.s. If there was a 0 star option, I would have given it without hesitation.

Impeccable service and attentive advice from Diego.I needed a shirt and pants in a quick 'in and out' type of a rush...and we had our 3 screaming kids with us jumping and running everywhere.Unfazed, fully professional, Diego tool the time to analyze my needs, dimensions and recommended items that I didn't think I'd go for at first.He even took the time at the register to give me more advice since I told I eventually needed two new suits ...again, took measurements and time to offer proper care and advice for my next visit.A key player, Diego. Bravo!!
