A huge thank you to Stéphane Geoffrion at Ford Montmorency in Brossard for his impeccable service. He was extremely attentive to my needs, taking the time to accommodate my schedule to follow up on my engine repair. Thanks to his expert advice, I was also able to choose the best winter tires for my 2014 Ford Focus. Since my arrival in Canada in 2017, I have never benefited from such professional and attentive service. Stéphane is a real asset to the team, and I highly recommend his expertise!

I just purchased a Mustang Mach-E that I love! On the other hand, we wanted to buy, and at the last minute, we decided to opt for a rental instead. Details related to the rental (such as the first payment is made upon receipt of the vehicle) have not been sent to us. In addition, I was given my vehicle only 30% charged and there was "sticky" on one of my front headlights.

A big zero!!! I am targeting a used vehicle on Market...which is for sale by Montmorency Ford.
- I call Friday (09-27) around 6:30 p.m. at Montmorency Ford to schedule the test drive. The test is scheduled for 10:30 Saturday (28-09).
- I receive the confirmation text Saturday morning at 8:50 which tells me who I will be doing business with at Montmorency Ford as well as the time and date. I respond to the text with a Yes (confirmation on my part).
- I arrive at Montmorency Ford at the scheduled time, I announce my arrival at reception. First surprise, the seller listed on the text message is not present, he is not working today. Ok, no problem the receptionist finds me another representative. We go to his office, and I tell him the vehicle I came to test. It takes 1 minute
to go to the principal's office, then comes back telling me he has bad news. He tells me that the vehicle has been sold since yesterday. BRAVO (sarcasm) Montmorency Ford, you're wasting people's time with your shenanigans. Warning to all, confirm 2 times (and even 3) before traveling with this dealership.
