Excellent service!! I was dissatisfied with my bamboo sheets (purchase in June '24) and yet it was not the first time that I bought them. The quality is no longer the same. Luckily I still had my bill. I was offered a credit or an exchange, I chose the exchange for Egyptian cotton sheets (November 3, '24) Can't wait to try them. Thanks again for the service. We are regular customers of Linen Chest.??

Really bad experience specially with the manager, Aaron. She was unprofessional, no customer service, really rude.
I’m really disappointed because I usually buy a lot from Linen chest, and it was my fist time at dix 30 and it will definitely be my last.

Linen chest Brossard, cartier dix 30, 05/05/24. I came to buy bath towels today, the manager Erin Baker welcomed us with rare professionalism. Even though the towels were not in stock she took the time to accompany us to ensure that we would have the items quickly. Before placing the order to pay for the famous towels, my partner and I noticed the superb Delonghi coffee machine very close to the cash register. Hey, Erin prepared us two delicious coffees and explained the multiple functions of the machine to us! Customer experience that exceeds my expectations, I'm coming back soon to get the said machine, which is by the way a machine expressly made by the Linen Chest company! Lisa

Excellent service both over the phone and on site. I am satisfied with my purchases. My questions were answered well and even more....I will no longer order online from Linen Chest, I will go to the Dix30 branch instead.

Their customer service is one of the worst in Dix30.
Don't buy anything that you might have to return because they will never give you your money back even if you follow their return policy.
Do not buy anything online for pickup at their store because they will take your money and refuse to give you your order even if they have all the items in stock.
My recommendation: go shop elsewhere!!

Contrairement aux autres avis, j’ai eu un service impeccable. J’y suis allée pour acheter un matelas il y a trois mois, j’ai été très bien reçue et conseillée. Nous avons dû échangé notre matelas pour un autre modèle deux mois plus tard et le tout s’est fait sans tracas. Même les livreurs étaient très sympathique. Thumbs up à Zachary de la section des matelas!

I asked the cashier if she was sure about calculating my 20% extra discount. However, I discovered she doesn't know how to calculate, or she's intentionally avoiding it. This is the worst LC branch I've ever gone to! She seemed eager to say goodbye quickly and continue chatting with the girl there. I will return to another store tomorrow to return the product. I prefer not to have itI regret being nice with the cashier :(
