i have been going to the Rona at dix 30 for the past 3 years. Service has always been above and beyond. I needed a new washer so of course i went there. Mehdi was amazing ! I had it delivered today sept 19, 2024. They took my old one, installed it with no extra charge. The delivery guys were so nice, they put my door back for me. i would 1000% recommend Rona for all your house needs. Thank you Silvano, your team continues to deliver excellent service.

Dear owner Rona:
Today I went to the Rona dix 30 Leduc store to make a refund and had a very unpleasant experience. I lost the original receipt, but the item was still in its original packaging and had never been opened, and I was within the 90 day return window. According to Rona's return policies, they could refund me in the form of a gift card for the lowest price of the item, but I was informed that they could only refund items under $100. That's what they clearly stated, and my item cost over $100. When I agreed to these terms, the manager then changed his mind and refused to issue a refund. My husband asked him why, and he very aggressively responded that their policy had changed a week ago without any explanation or respect. When we asked when exactly, he simply told us to leave immediately, claiming he didn't. He didn't have time to explain to us and that if he allowed us to return the item, we would come back to make other returns. Sorry, what evidence do you have? If you had looked at my customer account, you would have seen that I have never done this before. The manager's behavior, lacking patience and denigrating customers, is unacceptable. He initially said a return was possible, then changed his mind. What is this way of doing things? As a merchant and manager, shouldn't you explain things clearly to your customers? What does this attitude of "I pay back if I want, otherwise I'll chase you" mean? One moment he is making a speech, the next moment he is denying it. This happened on August 24 at 1:30 p.m. at 9800 Boul. Leduc, Brossard, QC J4Y 0B4. The manager on duty had white hair and there was a woman with golden blonde hair. The conflict was with this man. When I asked him his name he said I could complain as much as I wanted, I was so angry I forgot his name. But if the owners of Rona do not follow this matter, I will file a complaint with the consumer association. We can definitely find out who it is. This is discrimination on the part of the merchant who does not explain his policy and abuses his power to defame his customers. I am extremely disappointed with the service at Rona where I have always shopped, but I will continue to follow this business.

First of all, the staff at the customer service counter for return was extremely slow. When it was finally my turn, she did not even look at what I gave her, only refunded me for one item instead of two.
I later found out by checking the receipt and had to drive back. I waited in line again and told her what happened. She told me to calm down. Mind you I was only explaining what happened, I wasn’t mad or yelling at all. She was only being defensive because she knew she did not do her job right.
When customer is returning your merchandise, it’s YOUR job to check the item and quantity, and yet she said it was because I didn’t tell her there were 2, when I clearly brought back 2 things.
It’s an extremely disappointing experience.

I ordered an oscillating tool online on Saturday morning at 10:30AM to be picked up in store at Rona in DIX-30.
The store had the tool in inventory,at least enough to fullfil my order.
It's now Sunday 5:42PM and the order is not ready for pickup.
Instead I get an email saying sorry for the delay.
Any other competitor would've had the order ready for pickup within a couple of hours on Saturday.
It's the last time I order anything online from Rona.
