I entrusted them with my favorite leather coat. It had been torn from top to bottom by a sharp object, at stomach level, meaning the cut was not at the seam🥺. Several tailors told me that it was unrecoverable… well no! For $70, my coat came back in better condition and the horrible tear completely disappeared! These are experienced tailors there! I highly recommend them!

If I could give zero star, I would. I called in advance to ask if they do suitcase repairs, I have a seam that's ripped. The man says to bring my suitcase for him to assess. I brought my suitcase, was treated rudely by a woman. When I explained the situation and showed her the rip, she said she's not sure if it can be done with the machine or if the tailor will have to do by hand. I completely understand when she said the corner is too hard for the machine, so I was about to leave. I joked and said that if it's by hand, I'll just do it myself. Before I could move, she pushed my suitcase towards me and shoved my arm, pushed me towards the door of store. I have never experienced such rude customer service. I'm still shocked! I don't recommend this place.

Malheureusement, mauvaise expérience. J'ai apporté un pantalon, la prise de mesure s'est fait en 4 secondes, beaucoup trop rapide. Une fois mon pantalon récupéré le lendemain, il était encore trop long (avec les mêmes chaussures qu'à l'essai, je marchais sur le pantalon) et il y avait une grande différence de longueur entre les 2 jambes, visible très évident. Très déçue.
