Worst customer service I have ever seen. I am downright appalled with how we were treated at this store and we are never shopping there again. I went with my mother and my girlfriend. My girlfriend and I were wearing our masks (covid-19) above our noses. My mother however was wearing it below her nose because she is asthmatic and has problems breathing if she puts it over (which under the new law is allowed for a person with asthma). One of the ladies told her that “its not her problem and she frankly does not care” that she had asthma. In the end, the other representative allowed it although you could see a change in attitude. After that my mother wanted to try on a shirt and they told her that she needs to use the hand sanitizer. My mom assured them that she had when she got in the store and when she was walking around but they got very aggressive and told her to “just do it”. My mom went to do it and the lady there (visibly annoyed) started rolling over her eyes. At which point I asked her if she had a problem and she started raising her voice telling me that if i had a problem with the store rules i could leave. I told her we were because we didn’t like her tone (not the rules themselves which we were respecting either on our own or after being told). She replied that we were “free to leave”. I asked to speak to the manager and another representative came and said she was the manager (doubt it since it was a Sunday pm and usually managers dont work then). Nonetheless I asked her if she was going to accept that we were getting spoken to like that and she said she saw nothing wrong with it. We left without trying the apparel. I have seen i am not the only one talking about the trashy customer service. Something should be done with this store. In any case Le Chateau really lost us as customers and we had bought in the past several things from this brand.
