Really horrible experience every time, especially the last time the cashier who talks to me as if I was an idiot while he gives me directions for a promotion that I didn't even know about, without explaining the promotion to me -even. If you don't like your job, you stay at home.

The joys of robotic checkouts, a real nightmare every time!!!! Every other time, it works and if it works at the time of payment, it blocks and you have to pick up everything to pass your items to the manual checkout (If it is open)
Since this lack of a real cashier, and especially the functioning of the robot checkouts and the way they are placed, I go much less to my grocery store that I have been around for the last 20 years! Grocery shopping takes 15 minutes but going to the checkout is 25-30 minutes wasted!

Good. You buy and get everything. But they are the most expensive. If you are looking for savings, that is definitely not the place.

Tuesday May 21, no lobster special as indicated in the circular but no deferred voucher even though we know they will receive some!!! Easy to attract customers with specials but they don't want to honor them

Saturday May 18, 2024 my mother and I went to 9ham to look for live lobster we asked for 6 lobsters, then finally we only got 5 😡😡 we were served by a young woman with blond hair. be careful and check carefully before leaving!!!!

Spending thousands of dollars here each year, but today was the last shopping visit. I entered to get some coffee, but ended up with more things in my hands. One of your employees blocked a cashier island with 2 carts, one empty and one full with water jugs. I realized I needed more things, so I decided to use the empty cart. This guy starts yelling that the carts are to block the cashier island, and I can not touch them.
Ended up just paying and leaving with the items I had in hand. I can deal with a lot, but not with p!ss poor customer service.
Reading other reviews, it seems to be the norm here

No basket for children, lots of difficult to access corners with baskets. Good quality and quantity of choice.
