It only takes a few minutes to understand that he is a kind-hearted, honest person who cares about taking more than the time possible to ensure that his customers are happy and satisfied! My wife and I went here on December 7 at 11 am and we had the best experience ever from Crystel and her team. She was a breath of fresh air from beginning to end. We needed a new SIM card for my wife and she did that very quickly and she also transferred her data to her new phone. We left our dog in the car and she especially came outside and told us to bring him in the store because they are very pet friendly at this location. Also it was incredible all the knowledge she had on dogs and she was so kind and gave us amazing advice for our dog. She’s like our dog whisperer. We loved the experience and so did our dog and we will always go to this Fido store from now on. Thank u for the wonderful experience I recommend this place to everyone

We were there today around 7:00. We disturbed the employee that was happily chatting on the phone. She promptly allowed us in and was chatting and chatting and chatting. I told what I needed and she listened to me while chatting and chatting and more chatting on phone. She was too busy chatting so finally told us they didn’t have the phone I asked for while chatting. Hopefully it was something important.

Buyer beware. Save your self the det and hassle and goto Telus.?this place is 30 minutes from me. don’t even get your products here because they’re not fresh my iPhone 13 pro max would only hold a charge of 6h. Then I got some huge bill.40 days and until now the problem I had with my bill never got fixed. This store told me to come back 5 weeks in a row & I did. In the end they told me to call customer service…. I called customer service 2time no help. I called customer service again they can’t help either they told me to goto the store so this is me going to the store for the 6th time because I know they won’t fix their issue I’m not going to waste my gas. They have no email so you can’t explain your problem word for word. The back office is to lazy to go over 2 years of transactions knowing Their system failed on the majority of the city. Boooooooooooooo I’ve been with Fido for 6 years I’m not sure what’s going on but. ?

My wife and I were there at 11:00 AM on August 15, 2022 and we had the best of service from the lady at the counter. We must have been there for well over an hour to have a new phone set up for my wife and also a plan changed for me. She was polite, talkative, found a better deal for me to reduce my plan cost and my wife received her new phone. Could not have asked for better service.
