Before it was going really well and since the management changed the experience has gotten worse and worse each time.
Today I call at 4:00 p.m. to prepare my medicine, because I have to be on time to pick up my daughter. I arrive and say that I have had my medicine prepared. I wait 30 minutes, I decide to get up, again I stand in front of the cash register for 5 minutes with no response. I have to interrupt the work of the lady I notified about my order. She said let me check and all this time my medicine was under the counter. Yet during the entire time I was there only 3 customers passed by, including me.
I am disappointed with this pharmacy, I will surely change to the one in the square at dix30.

Not going there for a strep test I went there because I was 90% sure that it was that she told me no, and when I went or when I usually go it came out directly positive!

Appointment canceled at the last minute, no one to replace her, no phone call to let me know I went for absolutely nothing. Some doctors ask us for cancellation fees, we should do the same thing with pharmacies towards their patients.

This pharmacy is cheating consumers!
Our family made an appointment to do the test at this pharmacy, and it was clearly stated that it was free. The first time we came, we were told that the equipment was missing and needed to be ordered; the second time we came,we were told that we needed to make another appointment; and the third time we came, the equipment finally arrived, we were told that we would be charged at least 150 dollars per person.
In this matter, first, our bill clearly stated that it was free, but you charge and it's not free. Second, you told us that you would charge us 150 dollars per person after we came 3 times, which was to trick us into spending!
We reserve our right to complain to the OPC.

I went to print some pictures, as I have done many times before at this location. When it came time to have them instantly printed the cashier did not know the code to put into the machine in order to have them printed. No one else in the store knew the code and she couldn’t reach the person who does by phone, although she watched me work on the machine the whole time and never told me she wouldn’t be able to print them for me. They should at least notify the customers in this case that they won’t be able to instantly print any pictures!

I had time to make a round trip to Costco (about 1 hour) to do some shopping before my partner got her order.
When it's one of the pharmacists (the oldest), we usually leave and come back another day because we know we'll just be annoyed. There we absolutely had to take it...but my god she is slow! All the rest of the staff are ok.
After the change of ownership we had hoped that she would leave too but unfortunately not.

The service at the prescription counter is very fast when it's Lamia but on the other hand the other pharmacist unfortunately always has a 20 to 30 minute wait and a lot of baskets pile up behind the counter.... the Waiting time makes the experience unpleasant. We will try to come when it is Lamia.

I really like this place, they're always very nice, patient and attentive. I order most of my medication from the application and schedule a pickup. It's always ready in the next hour or few hours. I usually order the day before or many hours before and it's still always ready way before the scheduled pickup.J'adore cette pharmacie. Les employés sont accueillants et le personnel de la section pharmaceutique sont toujours patients et à l'écoute. Je commande ma médication d'avance avec l'application Familiprix. Je commande la journée d'avant ou quelques heures avant le moment où je choisis d'aller les chercher. Ma médication est toujours prête dans les 2 heures après le moment où j'ai commandé. C'est donc plusieurs heures avant le moment où je vais les récupérer.
