Très mauvaise expérience, mauvais service à la clientèle. Vente sous pression... J'y suis allée pour un oreiller, on m'a présenté 2 modèles, les plus chers évidemment ! Et jamais le vendeur ne m'a précisé qu'il s'agissait d'une vente finale, si cela m'avait été précisé je n'aurai pas pris le modèle suggéré. Tout ça pour faire une vente. Très décevant !

Wanted to buy a pillow, when he told me i had to test it and i need another pillow because im a side sleeper.. i told him i would think about it because i had a specific one in my thoughts because of allergies. Told him i wanna do research fist, he put pressure by saying constant we had to test the pillows and if i would go on internet to do research its not legit because everybody had a difference experience. Kept telling us to say we had to test to do my research. Left the store seller has an agressive pushy way to inform the customer.
Never would buy anything here.

I showed up to buy a pillow. Selling is done under pressure and personally I didn't feel entirely comfortable. They tell me that they are giving me a price and that they do not have the right and that the item is final sale and again that they accept returns only if I go to the same seller. I've been looking for several months so I'm buying. I write an email to customer service showing my invoice mentioning that the item is unopened and they tell me that I can return the item if it is in its original packaging/unused. So basically the seller just wanted to make a sale and refused any return afterwards! I didn't like the experience at all (Brossard Taschereau)

I purchased a mattress in 2017, in 2020 I send an email mentioning that the mattress is hollow. I have been asked to send photos, measure the hollow, etc. Which I did only to be told that the photos were inconclusive. I dropped the matter. In 2023, springs are coming out all over the mattress. I even turned it sideways, nothing happened. It's the same thing there are hollows and the springs come out. In short, I am going to issue a formal notice, because I have had back pain for some time. Very disappointed with this supposedly renowned company.

Bad customer service, the salesman comes telling us that we need a comfort test which we thought would be an educative session of the type of mattress that will best suit our needs...he ended up giving us a pillow and and tell us to try on mattress ourselves. ... and guess what he was doing... sitting on another mattress with crossed legs and looking at us without saying a word.... not sure what he was trying to accomplish... keep mentioning that we can buy mattress and base in installments plans.... which I've already said that we can pay one shot.....Even though we wanna buy, we won't buy from him and this branch as the whole experience was very unconfortable.

Hi, very unpleasant experience. The lady who was my friend outside because she looked down on me I imagine because I am a young person dressed in black with tattoos..? Well, I was actually going to buy pillows and she was telling me things like - you're clearly not here to buy just to be stupid -

Already several purchases, always had very good service. Good advice, we have had our Tempur-Pedic mattress for 10 years and it is still #1, no regrets. We have since returned there for mattress protectors, bases, and we have always been very well served.
