As they did not provide me with the correct parts during the purchase, I wasted a lot of time going back and forth to this store to finally give up and buy, in another store, the missing parts for the fixtures purchased in Brossard.
Customers are taken for fools with infantilizing comments.
I don't recommend.

Service à la clientèle qui laisse à désirer. On m’appelle ce matin pour me dire que ma commande est arrivée. Après le travail j’appelle pour voir s’il a possibilité qu’on me laisse le temps d’arriver car je reste à Montréal, trafic et tout. On me dit que s’est impossible. Un service à la clientèle impeccable en tant que Gérant j’aurais pris la peine d’attendre mon client. Entre vous et moi. J’avais plein d’autres lumières à acheter. Je vais tous simplement aller ailleurs car vous n’êtes pas capable d’attendre votre client qui attend ses luminaires depuis plus d’un mois et que son électricien vient demain. On voit le respect que vous avez envers vos clients juste par ce simple geste.

I ordered a lamp on a curved pole. The saleswoman told me it would only take 1 or 2 weeks to receive. I paid a deposit and waited and waited! Almost two months have passed and yet no news of my order! Bad customer service - Disorganized - I've heard horrible stories about this place!! Don't waste your time and money with this store.
