The collar and cuff bands of two of my Bébé Confort brand pajamas have discolored in their storage box (despite having been washed several times before) and thus stained several of my beautiful clothes (sherpa, little Lem, first pajamas, and so on). When I wrote to their team to understand what happened, to find solutions and contact details for the Bébé Confort brand, their response was short;"Hello, Unfortunately, we do not have a guarantee on this type of product and since the purchase was several months old, we cannot honor the request. Sorry."I am very disappointed with their customer service. A message without empathy... Especially since I never asked for a refund or a credit, but rather a solution. I have spent a lot of money at Clément in the last few years and I have been loyal to the brand until now.

We visited Clément in Dix30 as a family to purchase a baby stroller. We were lucky enough to be served by Gwen who offered us magnificent service. She took care to answer all our questions and was very knowledgeable about all the products offered. It's rare these days to receive service like Gwen's. Yesterday, I went to this store to return a baby winter suit and a lady received the product and gave me back the money in the form of a gift card. She took the time to explain the return policy to me and was very kind. However, while I was looking for clothes for my children, an older woman, possibly the store manager, approached me to tell me that I should not put any items in the bag I had brought the winter suit, implying in quotes as if I were stealing from the store or leaving with things in my bag without paying. He even made me show him what was in my bag and obviously there was nothing from the store. It seems to me that this lady should have a little more training in customer service and even more education, because carrying a bag in your open hand does not mean that a customer is robbing the store, first be sure of that what you believe before making unnecessary judgments. What I believe is that the lady looks at people based on their appearance or their origin and there she draws her crazy conclusions. What a shame because the young staff at the store are really friendly and helpful, and they have always treated me kindly on purchases I have made on other occasions.

By far the worst Clement. I'm never going there again. I arrive at this BABY store, my newborn needs to drink his milk but the girls there categorically refuse to heat my bottle. She tells me that she is alone on the floor even though there are 2 downstairs and 1 upstairs.In addition, the oldest employee 100% insulted my friend regarding the size of her son's winter coat which was not present at the time of purchase. The latter allows you to judge and pass on comments as you see fit.You have just lost several loyal customers following your blatant lack of good customer service skills.
