We bought a bed base as a Christmas present for my son. On the afternoon of December 24, when we arrived to assemble the bed, we realized that there was no hardware in the box. We called back to the store to see if we could pick up what was missing, perhaps from another box. The owner returned to the store at 3 p.m. (I think he was already closed for Christmas). He couldn't find what was missing. As it would have been too long to wait until January to get the parts from the manufacturer, he offered to reimburse us.
