Fart shop par excellence. It closes in 30 minutes, you come in, everyone looks at you but no good evening. Yen is on their cell phone and no one to ask you if you need advice. Cheeky and no customer service. There's no point in paying so many people to hang around! Five guys and a secretary on her phone at reception. The computer screen still has the windows logo. It works very hard. I wouldn't set foot there again.

Because I had a lot of questions and the things I was buying weren't very expensive, an employee at the Ciot Pro Center still very patiently showed me many of the products I needed to buy and I Was very pleased with their service. Thank you so much.

Would be a good job to have, had the manager not been disrespectful, rude to his employees, and a complete hypocrite.I don't recommend working there, but the sales reps are nice, and the pro counter is very helpful and always try their best

The showroom is beautiful and the tiles are organized by style which makes it easy to find a collection of tiles that fit your specific aesthetic! Every staff member is so welcoming from the receptionists to the sales representatives and it makes shopping for tiles, which can be usually be such a dizzying experience, much easier.On top of that they have a backstore where you can buy materials that you'll need to install your tiles, and the employees at the back counter are always available to help answer your more technical questions and guide you to select the best products for your project! I highly recommended you come and see the showroom and Pro Center for yourself.

I had a very positive experience at CIOT Brossard with Hellen Aivaliotis. She took the time to show me different styles and options as I was looking to renovate my kitchen and was very overwhelmed. She answered all my questions with respect and patience and made an unexpected renovation project pleasant rather than stressful. Highly recommend. Will be going back for my bathroom renos to see Hellen. A+

We were doing a bathroom reno and went to Ciot in Brossard. Was greeted by the friendliest and most helpful client service rep Hellen Aivaliotis. Amazing service that always made me go back when looking for more tiles. Hellen even remembered me on my second visit which was about a year later. To this day we keep in touch as she is really such a positive, likeable person.
