Very poor service on September 18, 2019! beautiful varieties of wallpaper, overpriced prices but if you find the right model it doesn't matter. I did my research myself in the catalogs on site and asked a few questions. Looks like I was bothering them! on a weekday afternoon when there is no one, it's strange... I was told that these weren't just questions we wanted by insinuating that we had to buy. then, not having found the model I was looking for and seeing that I was not going to 'buy', I was kindly told that ultimately I did not need wallpaper and that I could go elsewhere. In short, the product is good, the problem: the service! In the end I bought online from another manufacturer, delivery 2 weeks... I saved time, money and avoided having to endure bad service from salespeople who didn't like their job.

Very bad experience on Thursday July 6, 2019. Our internal designer recommended C&M textiles to us in Brossard: we were ready to do business with you because we heard good things about C&M textiles, but I regret 1000x having wasted my time there -down.
We entered around 11:30 a.m.: each employee (3 ladies) was busy with a customer. No hello, no glance directed towards us. We look around ourselves and decide to come back 30 minutes later since all the employees are busy.
Around noon, we return to the store. So I catch the eye of an employee who shyly says “hello” to me, avoids my gaze and quickly heads towards her customers. She turns to me to tell me that she is already with someone. Ok- sorry for bothering you!
After we were left at the entrance of the store, no other employee greeted us. We felt like we were too much and we left.
Should you make an appointment before showing up? If so, someone should have informed us while we were there.
C&M textiles, I hope you will review your customer service practices. You are alienating your future customers.
