My car wouldn't start so I took it to Chevrolet so they could fix the problem.
Impeccable service, nothing to complain about. Despite the lack of an appointment, they agreed to take us in at the last minute. Alexandre took care of our file with great professionalism: friendly, smiling, he immediately put us at ease.

Went to Brossard Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc because my lease on my 2019 Rogue SV was ending. Got the sale rep Nick. First of all i am French as you probably noticed in my writing but i try my best in english and he is english first but all the time i was with him spoke to me in French. He was very friendly and pay attention to what i was looking for. He gave me the best price he could. But Nick does not control the interest rate that are offered. With the experience i had with Nick i wanted to lease a vehicle from him but the interest rate was higher than other brand so with the economy being what it is i chose a better interest rate on a 24 month lease. They have a very wide selection of vehicles and the experience dealing with Nick was great. Very friendly and will listen to what you are looking for and will work hard to get you the best price.

I would give them a big 0 there service tec changed my oil and put grease all over my truck on my fenders and scratched my miror and tried to hide it by putting his grease hands all over it my truck has under 4000 km this is un exeptable sent them a complaint no respond and pitchers also I will never go there again and will never recomend them

I will spare you my story which lasts more than 2 years with them for the purchase of a new vehicle.
There are some very good dealers in the area. Don't waste your time and money at Brossard Chevrolet. Simply go elsewhere... it will save you frustration and waste of time.

On my last visit I was rather disappointed. I went there to install my summer tires and in one of them there was a nail. At this time, they came to inform me that the tire was IRREPARABLE, that the nail was TOO big and that I had to buy 2 new tires ($350 each). This was the only option according to them.
The next day I spoke about it with another garage and they could have repaired it…
I was fooled and the garage got this commission on the new tires that I had to buy.
If you go to this garage, pay attention to the recommendations they will make to you.
