Had an issue with a pair of shoes that I purchased back in late August. I reached out to Birkenstock about the problem and Serrena got back to me and was completely professional and handled the issue extremely well. You have a satisfied customer here, I really enjoy the shoes, style wise and comfort wise. The shoes have helped heal my bad round of plantar fasciitis and I will continue to always have Birkenstocks in my closet. Thank you!

My Birkenstocks broke after a week of having them. Customer services replied to my email right away and after me sending in some photos I was able to send them back— they were very helpful right away! Then I send them back and didn’t hear about my shoes for two weeks, so I assumed they got lost in the mail. I emailed the same customer service lady and she replied right away, found my shoes and assured me that they were being processed and they had them. I am so happy with the service, and grateful for an exchange.

The customer service at Birkenstock is second to none. They have ALWAYS responded quickly and work hard to solve any issues that I have. For this reason alone, I will always be a birks customer

Excellent customer service and truly amazing footwear. Had an issue with some shearling not being even on each foot and Birkenstock quickly dealt with the problem!!! Can not say enough good things about Birkenstock Canada???

Really great service. I called and they were able to attend to me immediately. Very fast response as well and were able to send me a one-time courtesy replacement for my broken Bostons. Highly recommend purchasing from the website as their customer service is incredible.

I have been a loyal Birkenstock customer for decades. I recently purchased new sandals which unfortunately were defective. The Customer Support was very helpful in ensuring my satisfaction. I will continue to be a happy Birkenstock customer. :)

I ordered sandals and sent them for a refund because the model did not fit me. UPS lost my package and no one wants to reimburse me. I am extremely disappointed with UPS service.

I recently wanted to a return pair of Arizona’s that had purchased more than 6 months ago.
In the box there were 2 right shoes, one a size 41 and one a size 44. They had never been worn as I didn’t open the box until this morning. I called thinking that there would be nothing that could be done.
I was extremely surprised and pleased with the service I received including a full refund.
