I bought a laptop for $1200 which I was supposed to receive 6 days later, 7 days later no news, I contacted them to be told that the computer in question was back order!
Ok, I'm on it but that's life!
I showed up on site to get a refund and was told that it would not be possible because he did not have confirmation that the said computer was back order!!!
I had to wait for the new date of receipt of the so-called “back order” computer, which was returned two weeks later, to get my money back!!
I did not accept this answer, ended up speaking with a manager who promised to resolve the situation and get back to me. I was contacted a few days later to confirm that I could finally be reimbursed.
I show up, again, at Best by in Brossard, think I can finally get my money back, well believe it or not he tells me that there is a problem in their system it's as if I had already been reimbursed!! !
They know that’s not the case and didn’t know what to do…. Except telling me that I will have to come back AGAIN once they have spoken to the head office and resolved the problem!!
THIS IS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EXPERIENCED!!!

Awful service from the customer experience went there to trade in AirPods that didn’t work, 2 weeks later the case opened itself up and I’m left with just the case and 2 missing earbuds. I do not recommend buying their products they are overpriced.

I went to Best buy a few weeks ago to get advice on a new phone. What was most important for me, it had to have a micro SD slot to store my photos because I don't want to use the cloud. The young man recommended the One Plus 12R to me and told me that there was a micro SD card slot but that given the phone's internal memory I probably wouldn't need an additional micro SD. I went to see specialists because I don't know anything about it. After taking a couple of photos, the following message appears... No more storage space in the phone (I didn't take that many!) and I am advised to go activate the cloud so as not to lose my photos and be able to continue taking them!!!!!! I'm really angry about this situation, now I'm being held hostage by the cloud!!!! I hope someone from this company will react to give me a viable solution!

I don't recommend that you buy anything from them. I purchased a refrigerator from their Brossard, Dix30 branch, where the ice making was not working and I reported that within 48 hours. They had me pay $224 to send a technician to look at it.

I was wrongly subscribed to the Geek Squad monthly fee for $22. The reason "I got a firestick which was 20% off and that rebate was tied to a year long annual Geek Squad subscription". Geek Squad has a terrible customer service, you can spend 1h on the phone with them to be disconnected. The in store Geek Squad employees said they can't do anything.

I want to discourage anyone shopping for electronics here. I got the Geek Squad service to deliver install my wall mount TV. I payed around $250 for the annual fee then cancelled my subscription to avoid being changed for another year as it offers no added value to me. 1 year later, Geek Squad began charging me $22/month and they somehow can't cancel it. I had to ask my credit card company to block the payment. Avoid the issue, go elsewhere.

We bought an air conditioner from here a couple of weeks ago, and paid for installation.
Firstly, the air conditioner was delivered with a huge dent in the box.
When it came for the guy to install it, he never appeared. After a full day of being passed around departments, it turned out they booked ‘the wrong guy, and he only installs portable a/c’... ok, so they rebooked, and the guy they eventually sent clearly had no clue. He did not even look at the installation manual as it is still sealed in the bag it came in. He installed the window unit completely wrong, it’s hanging at an angle out of the window, not secured, and the guy filled in the gaps with soft foam and duct tape.... so we called Best Buy AGAIN, they sent us on another wild goose chase with phone calls. My husband finally gets through to some one, and they pretend not to hear him and put the phone down on him! So we can’t even get a refund!
The whole company is trash. They couldn’t organise a piss-up in a brewery! Never again are we going to make the mistake of setting foot in a Best Buy, what a waste of time, money, and frustration.

Purchased a hard drive for $199, found the same one on Amazon for $165. Buys price match is a scam scam scam. They refused to price match because it was not shipped by Amazon. Best Buy is a rip off store only a fool would buy therescam scam scam

Best Buy should just close all its stores. They jump through hoops to not price match even when they say unbeatable in prices. Took two days for a pickup order to respond to price match and when they checked Walmart to price match, Walmart did not have it in stock (duh, obviously it went off the racks in two days) and they chose not to price match the item because Walmart did not have stock now.Should have bought it in Walmart made a mistake and paid for it.
