Très mauvaise expérience , j'ai pas eu de lavabo de salle de bain pendant 4 mois car j'ai reçu 3 lavabo briser et le dernier ne fonctionnait pas avec mon comptoir malgré la certitude du gérant. Après le 4 lavabo j'ai demander un remboursement . Et maintenant ses la douchette du bain qui est briser apres seulement 7 mois d'utilisation. Elle coule malgré que l'option sois fermer.

This porcelain sink installed in my home 6 weeks ago is very beautiful... but from the first glass dropped in it: cracks, holes and holes therefore unusable! What a disappointment to realize that I paid $270 for porcelain that was too thin and fragile for "real life" use. Zero empathy from the gentleman on the phone at the Brossard store /// (A week later): I am changing my rating because Bain Dépôt (head office, not the Brossard store) contacted me to give me a new sink and a small amount, but not enough to cover the uninstallation and installation of the new sink. But I appreciate it.

Shower delivered on February 2. Poorly assembled side panel. I have to try to reassemble it myself, but without success. They tell me: “I can send you another part, but it will take a long time because it comes from my supplier in China. » The part arrives 1 month later, I am told: “you have to come and pick it up at the store because it is an order. » Yet I was told that it would be delivered to my home free of charge. Finally they will do it but it will take 2 additional weeks… Phew it’s long!!
