Excellent service à la clientèle. J'ai réussi à utiliser une très vieille carte cadeau neuve qui avait encore 25$ dessus malgré le fait que la machine ne la reconnaissait plus à cause de l'ancienneté du modèle de la carte. Un très grand merci à Marianne, la chaleureuse, amicale, et souriante employée qui m'a servi. Je retournerai magasiner à cette boutique Ardene sans hésiter!!

a discount "buy the 2nd for $1" that the cashier doesn't even know how to apply at the checkout all she can say to me is: I don't know how to do that, and then call her colleague who is in a hurry to get home but not to chat for an hour with her friends. In the end she lets me go since Miss doesn't know how to apply a discount on the checkout and just tells me: I can't do anything, I don't know how to apply that. you must take the time to train your employees to work on the cash register because no one knows how to do their job properly ??♀️

0 stars.Customer service non-existent. The employees don't even say hello even if we say it to them, their eyes barely meet. We seem to be bothering them. Also, the cashier did not remove the lock from the item I purchased (I noticed at home that it was not removed).

Very poor customer service yesterday June 10, particularly at checkout. 2 girls together (one in training) I say hello and neither answers me. There are 2 little girls with their mothers behind me and one of them says to the other, in front of me: ? that I hate children. When leaving, nothing, no thanks and have a good day. I understand that there is a shortage of labor but there is a minimum of know-how.

I would have given a rating of 0/5 if I could. Customer service leaves much to be desired. First, the few times I've been there, no one spoke to me until I got to the checkout. Second, the store is extremely disorganized, clothes are lying around on the floor and employees stay behind the cash counter or in a corner of the store talking to each other. Third, during my last visit, at the checkout, the two employees who were present disrespected me and were arrogant. If by chance we manage to find an employee on the floor and ask her a question, we shouldn't expect much, since they clearly don't want to enlighten us. Following the terrible service I received in store, I contacted customer service and I must say that I did not receive good service there either. I find this situation very distressing considering that it is a company that I appreciate and that I obtain excellent service in other branches. I hope that this situation will be taken seriously by Ardene and that a follow-up will be done with the employees, because I see in the comments that I am not the only one to have had this problem...

I went to this store to get a bag and I didn't like the service at all! The bag was on a large wall with a 70% sign, no delimitations and no information, I arrive at the checkout and I am told “the pricing policies do not apply to linen stores. » We didn't talk about the pricing policy, we didn't want the free bag or 10% off, we just wanted the price that was displayed because it's their mistake and it's not mine. They have to do that to me. The employee even confirmed to me that the sign should not be there but she still did not remove it. Then I'm told that it's the fault of the system, that it doesn't work to change the price. Sorry, but there is literally no store system that works like this. I still took the bag but I really regret letting them win, they were wrong.
