Very bad experience and dishonest staff, a file will be filed with the consumer protection office and the AMF
The seller forced us to sign a pre-contract with a rate of 9.99 (a good credit history) for 72 months including an extended warranty, supposedly this is just to speed things up and do the pre-qualification by specifying that We will look at everything carefully at the time of delivery and of course the $500 deposit was made to reserve the car, the file was approved 30 minutes later. The next day we called to find out why the rate is high and to say again that we don't need the guarantee and we want financing over 60 months, the seller told us that they managed to get a rate of 8.99 and we will look at the rest on the day of delivery.
Arrival on the day of delivery our appointment at 3:30 p.m. we spent 5 p.m., a deformed tire and the car does not start (battery problem), the worst thing is that the director was in a hurry and asked his salesman to finish the sale They say there are a lot of people calling for the car, yet we have already reserved it through the depot.
When finalizing everything with the seller he told us that ultimately the rate was 8.48 and showed us the document (luckily I took a photo of it), asking him questions about what is written on it. the sheet it turned out that there was something wrong and he left to see his boss, 5 minutes later a lady came to see us to tell us that it was not the right offer and that we has no choice but to take the extended warranty and another warranty of $500 with 72 months of financing otherwise the file will not be able to go through.
We had to cancel everything and lose credit rating points for nothing because the offer wasn't clear and we had a lot of pressure, either accept the offer they wanted or nothing.
Be careful of this kind of behavior which is prohibited by law!!

I am extremely disappointed with my experience at this dealership. I went to buy a car, but as soon as I showed interest they tried to force me to buy additional warranty that I didn't want. They insinuated that if I was not able to pay for this warranty, I should not even consider purchasing the car. The director
Was arrogant and disrespectful making the experience unpleasant from start to finish. I came to buy a car, not to be judged on my financial choices. I strongly advise against this dealership.

I second the gentleman who criticizes the fact that we do not return service calls. I wanted to complain that my vehicle was dirtier than when it arrived this morning. I photographed everything while waiting to receive the call.I see that Acura Brossard has been neglecting the service for some time.

Good choice of car with several variants, but even before all that, the seller Abdel Channan is there to give you the best service possible in complete transparency, he is attentive and human. I just bought an RDX. I did business with Mr. Abdel Channan and I must say that he offers outstanding service, respectful and very attentive to his customers. He took the time to fully understand my concerns and he took the time to establish a relationship of trust with me and my wife. In short, it is very rare that I have left a dealership satisfied and I must give all the credit for this experience to Mr. Channan.

Didnt buy my car from them, so they didnt seem to care.. so I would say beware of after sale services to any clients of this dealership
Told them the car alignment was off from factory; as mentioned by many owners of the integra type s 2024. Director of service pretty much gaslighted me by saying whats on the forum is not always true (bought my car with 350KM, it now has 1500km); also said alignment is never part of warranty. ( another false claim, as it happens quite often that during transportation, the alignment gets thrown off)
Told me to go back to where i bought the car, despite the possibility to claim the alignment on the warranty. Currently dealing with acura canada; and yes there is possibility that the vehicle was delivered with improper alignment.

My husband and I, we were looking for a specific car and we started our search in Laval and end up going to Brossard, since my husband did not like the service he received from Laval. Abdel from Acura Brossard was really nice from the get go. He created a rapport with my husband right away as my husband was the one into this car. However, Abdel made sure I also was comfortable with the car and satisfied with the car. Abdel explained everything in details and reassured me numerous times as I was worried since it was still a big purchase. From the moment we spoke to Abdel until the very end, he was very patient, kind, took his time to explain every question we had. Thank you Abdel for all your help. We are enjoying our car. Amazing service and would highly recommend Abdel from Acura Brossard.

Very Happy with my experience buying my Integra Type S 2024. My sale representative Abdelilah Channan was very cordial and transparent without any type of concealment or speculation like in many other sales representatives/dealerships(specialy with this type of "limited" production cars). He provided personalized follow-up from the purchase process to the moment of delivery since I had to wait a couple of weeks for my car to arrive. He even gave me his personal phone number in case any doubts or questions arose ( he took the time to sent me a video of my car arriving yo the dealer that was very appreciated). Also his manager , Tasi was very courteous and followed up to make sure I was satisfied. Without a doubt, one of the best purchasing experiences, if not the best I have had so far without receiving any type of pressure to purchase accessories, guarantees or financing like other dealers or even mark ups.
