I drive an hour to get to Guess in Bromont and it's been twice since I arrived and it's closed even though the opening hours are from 12 p.m. to 5 p.m. it's quite frustrating... and a waste of time!! !! Maybe change the hours to the real hours!!!!

I shopped there with my wife and daughter this weekend, I think it's not just us that this happened. Arriving at the entrance of the Puma store, the couple who are coming out and who also have a Guess bag ring the detector at the exit, everyone smiles and they go out. We go inside (we have just left Guess, so we have a Guess bag in our hands), we also ring the bell. The Puma employees smile and explain that it often happens that people leaving Guess "sound". We didn't think to check the contents of the bags, there were too many things. Except that when we get to our place (1h30 from Bromont), guess what? one of the items still has the anti-theft thingy. Ayoye! The store wasn't that busy, just doing your job properly, is that too much to ask of the cashier?
I don't want to go back to Bromon so I try to break the thing, result: there is like purple and yellow liquid in it which just broke the Sweater and the thing is not completely removed. I call Guess Canada (or rather Guess USA...) they offer me either a gift voucher of the same value, or a refund but with a delay of 22 days. I ask if they can't ship me the same item, the answer is no. SO, I request my refund, too bad for the delay, but in any case, I will be very reluctant to return to Guess
