Worst customer service. I had to wait 3 weeks to get my refund. No one from the service called me back as planned. I was the one who had to call back and was told it was too late to arrange the prices because my request was too late, but I was the one who waited after their call back. We have to pick up the furniture ourselves and bring it back, but there is a 15% fee to return the items to the warehouse. $190 to put 3 boxes back in a warehouse is huge. I will never buy from Urban Barn again.

Horrible customer service... one of our chairs (over $1000) literally broke when we sat down. This one had been used barely 10 times (it was in our secondary living room). I was told our one year warranty was up... no recourse. I was offered $100 in compensation... 1 year later and 3 follow-ups later, still nothing received.
